seconded that the thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Clements
for his kind and Charitable Donation which was done
accordingly.

Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . Aldn . Treasurer reported that he
had received of Samuel Hawkins< no role > of Lemon Street Goodman Fields in the
County of Middlesex Esquire Fifty pounds for the use of Bridewell and Bethlem
Hospital a was moved and seconded that the thanks of this
Court be given to Mr. Hawkins for his kind and Charitable
Donation.

Prepared as a Governor


Samuel Hawkins< no role > of lemon Street Goodman's Fields in the County of Middlesex Esqr .
being proposed by Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr . Auditor General to be Elected
a Governor of these Hospitals It is Ordered that such Election
shall be determined by a Majority of Votes at the next General Court
and that notice of such intended Election be inserted in the
Summonses for such Court.

Stephens Francis< no role >
appointed a Goodman


Francis Stephens< no role > of the Adelphi in the City of Westminster
and County of Middlesex Esquire was appointed a Governor
of these Hospitals by Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . Alderman Treasurer
pursuant to an Order of Court of the 29th. day of May 1775 and
it is Ordered that, a Staff be sent to the said Mr. Stephens
forthwith.

James Robert< no role >
appointed a Governor


Robert Tenner< no role > of Doctors Commons Esquire was appointed a
Governor of these Hospitals by Henry Cranke< no role > Esqr . Auditor General
pursuant to an Order of Court of the 27th. day of November 1778
and it is Ordered that a Staff be sent to the said Mr. Jenner
forthwith.

Powell William< no role > proposed
as a Governor


Mr. William Powell< no role > of Newgate Street London being proposed
by Nathaniel Newnham< no role > Esqr . Alderman to be Elected a Governor
of these Hospitals It is Ordered that such Election shall be determined
by a Majority of Votes at the next General Court and that Notice
of such intended Election be inserted in the Summonses for such
Court.
