All which is Neverthess Submitted to the Judgment of
the Court and It is Ordered that this opinion be reported to the
next Court This Court having duly Weighed and Considered the

moved and Seconded that the thanks of this Court be given to Mr.
Wegg for his kind and Charitable Donation which is Unanimously
Ordered and that the Clerk do signify the sense of this Court
respecting such his benefaction
