Continued Tuesday 30th. April 1782 .

Mr. Treasurer Clark received from the Sun Fine Office for
Damage done by that Fire after the usual Deductions the Sum of
Eleven Thousand one Hundred and Twenty Pounds Eleven Shillings
and five Pence and that at Christmas 1781 he had paid thereout
to the Tenants at Wapping who were Sufferers by the said Fire
in order to enable them to rebuild new Houses upon the Scite where
the Houses burnt down formerly stood the Sum of Four Thousand
seven Hundred and Forty one Pounds and that the Surplus of the
said Insurance Money remained at Christmas last Invested in
India Bonds and Cash in his Hands part of which has been applied
in Paying to Tenants who are going on with their Buildings and
the Remainder is to be applied in like manner as the Surveyor
Certifies they are Intitled to the same under their respective Contracts
entered into by them with the Hospital.

And we do further Certify that the
Ballances in Cash which remained at Christmas 1781 in the
Hands of the Treasurer and different Officers of the Hospital
and Receiver of the Lincolnshire Estate were as follows (Vizt.)

And we have in the Schedules to this our Report
annexed Setforth the Names of all such Tenants who at
Christmas last were above Nine Months in Arrear with the
Sums they respectively owed and their Annual Rents and in
whose Collection the same are.
