Chapel Warden to be
paid £26 for the
refreying the Expence
of the poor Etc
reasonable and proper Sum to be paid by the Steward of this
Hospital to the Officers of the Precinct as an Additional Aid towards
defraying the Expence of the poor Watch and Scavanger for one Year
ending at Lady Day last exclusive of the Sum of £24. a Year
heretofore paid All which is nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of
the Court." This Court having duly weighed and considered the said
Report doth agree with the said Committee in Opinion And It is
Ordered that the Steward do pay to the Chapel Wardens the sum of
£26.. for the purposes aforesaid to be allowed him in his next
Account.
