We Certify that we met and formed a Plan for keeping and
making up the Accounts as near to the mode of St. Bartholomes
as
the Nature of the Hospitals of Bridewell
and Bethlem
would
Admit ( the Auditor General having first had Access to the
books and Accounts of that Hospital) And we further Certify
that we have wrote of the Old Arrears that were in our former
Report deemed to be irrecoverable and caused the same to be
entered in a separate Book and we have Transferred the
£8100.. Bank Annuities which formerly stood in the Books
under the Title of Bridewell Hospital
to the Account of Bethlem
Hospital in Pursuance of the said Order of Court and we have
Audited the Accounts of both Hospitals for one Year from
Christmas 1775 Christmas 1776 and find
