Continued Wednesday 3d. February 1773

Conveniencies on that side of the said Court for the use and Accommodation of the
Minister and other Officers of the said Hospital is Confirmed And Whereby
is Ordered that the treasurer of this Hospital for the time being should and
might from time to time pay and apply such Sums as should be necessary for
defraying the Expences of the said Buildings Erections and Improvements out of
the Sum of £5,068..19s..9d then lately received by order of the Bridge Committee
as part of the Consideration for the Buildings Lands and Premises sold and
Conveyed to the City of London by this Hospital We Certify that in pursuance
of such Order two new House with A Coach-house and two Stables behind and
Adjoining to the same and also a fence Wall with Vaults Buildings and other
Conveniencies on the East side of the Outward Corut of the said Hospital have
been Built and Erected and are finishing and filling up, and that we have
taken into Consideration the use and Appropriation of the said Houses and other
Buildings and are of Opinion that one of the said Houses adjoining to Saint
Brideslane with the Vaults on both sides thereto belonging as the same an
now Erected and Divided together with one of the said Stables and the use of
the said Coach-house (which is large enough for two Persons) shall be Allotted to
and used by the treasurer of this Hospital for the time being in lieu of the Sum
of £50 heretofore Annually paid or Allowed to the treasurers of this Hospital
towards the Rent of a House and in lieu of the Coach-house and Stables in the
Precinct of this Hospital by them used and Enjoyed And that the other of the
said Houses next this Hospital with the Vaults on both Sides thereto belonging
as the same are now Erected and Divided together with the Room adjoining
to the same House on the Ground Floor of the Adjacent Building towards the
South and the other of the said Stables and the use of the said Coachhouse
shall be Allotted to and used by the Clerk of these Hospitals for the time being
And that the House now used by the Clerk (except the Room taken from the
Stewards House & that part of the great Kitchen now seperated from his
House by a Temporary Partition, which are proper to be restored to & enjoyed
by the Steward for the time being And also except the Wash-house and
Bed-chamber ever the Lobby and Kitchen of the same House and other Rooms
on the two pair of Stairs Floor, which will be a proper and Convenient
Apartment for one of the Artmasters or Beadles of this Hospital shall be
allotted to and used by the Reader of this Hospital for the time being And
we are Opinion that the Room at the South End of the said Buildings
or Appartments near or adjoining to the said Fence wall on the Ground
Floor and the two Vaults Opposite thereto and to the Vacant Space of Ground
between these Rooms and the Ministers House shall be Allotted to and used
by the Preacher of this Hospital for the time being, and that it will be necessary
and Convenient that another Room should be Erected and Built on the said
Vacant Space of Ground for the use and benefit of the Preacher for the time
being in lieu of the Yard Larder Pantry Cellars and other Conveniencies
taken from the same House and to make a Communication between such
House and the said Room so proposed to be Allotted to or for the use of
