he proposes to take a Lease (with Usual Covenants between the
Governors & their Tenants) of a Wharfe at Execution Dock
and
another Wharfe & Warehouse a little beyond it on the Southside of
Wapping street
and 7 Messuages Several Small Shed And Yards on the
North side of Wapping street (part of the Possions of Bridewell Hospll.)
and being all the Premes Comprized in a Lease from the Governors

(Great part whereof the Petr. & his Partner have held by an
Underlease for 27th. years) And Abutting West upon Brewers Lane laid
East upon a House and Several yards hold under a Lease from the

9 years & ¾ of a year at £80 P Ann rent clear of Taxes And to
layout £200 in Necessary Repairs And Execute a Counterpart of
such LeaseAnd praying a Lease AccordinglyThis Comittee
having Considered the same are of Opinion to Accept the sd. Proposal
And the sd. Robert Bolton being called in & Acquainted therewith
Agreed thereto And gave Three pounds Twelve shillings to the
Poor box All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of
the CourtThis Court having duly weighed and Considered the sd
Report doth Confirm the same And Order that a Lease be made
to the said Robert Bolton Accordingly.
