Upon Reading a Report from the Comittee of this House bearing
date the 11th. day of Octr 1752 under the hands of Edwd Umfreville< no role > Esq.

being read of the Sub Comittee who viewed the Houses and Ground in
Lymestreet & Wapping hereunder mentionedThis Comittee
took into Consideration the Several Proposals of the following Pences
for Leases of two Houses with the Vaults under them in Lyme street
(No. 7 & 8) belonging to Bethlem Hospital Vizt

And the Comittee are of Opinion to Accept the Proposal of
Michael Sweetland< no role > for the House (No. 7 ) with the Vaults under it
And that a Lease thereof be made to him with usual Covenants
from Xma's next for 21 years at £20 P Ann [..] payable quarterly at
Bridewell Hospital upon his laying out £150 in Necessary repairs
before Mids next & making the same Appear to the Satisfaction of the Comme of the
House [..] Counter part of the sd. LeaseAll wch is Submitted Etc

This Court haveing duly Weighted & Considered the sd. Report doth Confirm
the same And Order That a Lease be made to the sd. Michal Sweetland Accordingly

And the Comittee are of Opinion to Accept the Proposal Peter John
Forssteen
< no role > for the House (No 8 ) with the Vaults under itAnd that a Lease thereof
be made to live with usual Covenants from Xmas next for 21 years at £25
P Ann [..] payable quarterly at Bridewell Hospital upon his laying out £80
in Necessary Repairs before Midsr. next and makeig the some Appear to
the Satisfactory of the Comee of this House & Executing a Counter part of the sd. Lease

And that Pipes be laid for Conveying the Water into the House & a Lead
Cistern put up in the Kitchen and the Pavement before the House be made good
at the Charge of the HospitalAll wch is Submitted Etc

This Court haveing duly Weighted & Considered the sd. Report doth
confirm the same And Ordered that a Lease he made to the sd Peter Jno Forssteen Accordingly
