Upon Reading a Report from the Committee of this House bearing date the 26th.
day of November 1746 under the Hands of Edward Holloway< no role > Esqr . Treasurer Mr. John Lee< no role >
Doctor Richard Rawlinson< no role > Mr. Robert Elliott< no role > Mr. Charles Cotton< no role > and Mr. Samuel John< no role > as
follows (Vizt)Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Henry Marsh< no role > and Joseph
Hudson
< no role > (which was referred to them by Order of Court the 7th. March last) Setting forth that the
13th. November 1745 The said Henry Marsh< no role > Agreed to take a Lease for 21 Years from
Christmas 1745 of a Messuage a Tenement in Saint Martins Lane Charing Cross (No: 6)
late in the Occupation of William Howard< no role > at £20 P Ann Clear of Taxes but to be Allowed
five pounds for repairs out of the first years RentAnd praying that the said Lease
may be made to the said Joseph Hudson< no role > who is willing to Accept thereof on the same Terms
as the said Henry Marsh< no role > Agreed forThe said Henry Marsh< no role > being since Dead his
widow and AdministratrixMarsh Attended this Committee with the said
Joseph Hudson< no role > and prayed that the Lease may be made to the said Joseph Hudson< no role > This
Committee haveing Considered the same are of Opinion that the said Lease be
made to the said Joseph Hudson< no role > All which is Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgement
of the CourtAnd it is Ordered that this Opinion be reported to the CourtThis Court
haveing duely weighed and Considered of the said Report doth Confirm the same
and Order that a Lease be made to the said Joseph Hudson< no role > Accordingly.

Upon Reading the Prposals of Mrs. Sarah Parsons< no role > dated this day Setting
forthThat she Proposes to take a Lease from the Governors of Bethlem
Hospital of A Warehouse under the New building for Incurable Patients at the East
End of Bethlem Hospital for seven years to Commence from Christmas last at the yearly Rent of
£25 payable quarterly at the Compting House of Bridewell Hospital Clear of all
Taxes Parliamentary or others The said Warehouse was late in the Occupation of
Richard Cox< no role > deceased It is Ordered that the said Proposall be referred
to the Committee of this House to Consider thereof and to make their Rent with
their Opinion thereon to the Court.

Upon Reading the proposal of John Stock< no role > of Wapping Carpenter as followsI
Propose to take a Lease of the Yard and Wharfe now in my own possess in the Wharfe being Nineteen
feet long fareing the River Thomas and the House Adjoining to the Gateway and Yard and formerly
did belong to the said Yard but now in the Occupation of Mr. Graisby which said promisses are in
the Parish of Saint John Wapping in the County of Middlesex for Sixty one Years Commenceing
from Lady day one thousand Seven hundred and Forty five and to lay out in building are
repairs Two hundred and Fifty pounds paying a Ground of five pounds P Ann and a Fine
of Thirty poundsIt is Ordered that the said petition be referred to the Comittee of this House
to Consider thereof and to report their Opinions therein to the Court

Dinner as their bion venue for the President Treasurer and Governors to Dine together
According to Antient Custom And in Case any of the Stewards Elected decline or refuse the
same the Clerk is to Supply the Number in Courser
