Attorney at Law his Executors and devises to them and
their heirsAll his Real Estate Upon Trust to sell the same and to pay
all the Moneys ariseing by such Sale and the rents and Profits in the
mean time to such persons and for such uses as by his said Will he bequeathed
the sameAnd after several pecuniary Legacys And Subject to the
payment of his Debts Legacys and funeral ExpencesHe bequeaths
All the moneys to arise by sale of his Real Esate and the Rent & profits in
the mean time And all his personal Estate to his ExecutorsUpon Trust
to pay one Moiety thereof to the Governors of Bethlem Hospital London
for the use benefit support and maintenance of Poor Incurable
Lunaticks to be harboured and maintained in the said Hospital of
Bethlem
and the other Moiety to the Treasurer for the time being of a
Society who call themselves the Governors of St. George's
Hospital near
Hyde park Corner
to the intent the same may be applyed towards
carrying on the Charitable designs of the said Society.
