Upon reading a Report from the Committee of Bridewell Hospital bearing date the
22d. of June instant under the hands of the Worshipfull Robert Bishop< no role > Esqr . Trear

Mr. Felix Calvert< no role > & Mr [..] Calvert Brewers in Thomas Street near Coalharbour proposed to take the Collar under the
New building for Incurables at the West End of Bethlem Hospital for three years
from next Midsummer day at the clear yearly Rent of £15payable Quarterly
The Comittee are of Opinion to accept the said proposalAll which is
submitted to the Judgment of the CourtAnd it is Ordered that this Opinion
be reported to the next CourtThis Court having considered of the said Report
doth confirm the same.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Silas Palmer< no role > of Brentford in the County of
Middlesex Cyderman settingforthThat he is willing to take of the Governors of
this Hospital a peice or parcell of Ground in Bridewell Precinct containing in breadth
Fifty foot or thereabouts and in depth sixty foot more or less abutting Northward on
Tudor street Eastward on King Edward's street and Westward on Waterstreet being part
of the possessions of this Hospital, and proposes to take a Lease thereof for 61 Years
to commence fromnext 1737 at the Rent of £10, a year payable
quarterly
