Upon reading the humble Petition of

St. Leonard Shoreditch

setting forthThat he is willing
to take a Lease or Leases for Sixty one years of all the Houses in
Globe Yard in Old Bethlem
and to build Six houses in front and as
many Houses downwards as the Ground will permitt & to give £35.
P Ann Rent clear of all Taxes & a fine of £150. the first Year at a
Pepper Corn Rent and to execute Counterparts of the said Leases
And praying a Lease or Leases thereof according to his said proposalls
It is Ordered that it be referred to the Comittee of this House
to consider of the said Petition and to report their opinion therein
to the Court.
