Upon Reading the humble Petition of John Boulter< no role > Citizen &
Weaver Settingforth That he and his Wife have Lived in this Hospital and
Precinct upwards of 43 Years the greatest part of which time he was
Housekeeper and Maintained a great Family as an Artsmaster in this Hospital
and made Several free of this City but by reason of the great decay and uncertainly
of Trade he Suffered many great Losses which have reduced him to a mean Condition
and that he is above 60 years of age very dim and quite Disabled from following
his Employment and very Uncapable of Supporting himself and his wife who is
very much Afflicted with pains and Weakness in her Limbs for want of Convenient
fort & Raiment to Support NatureAnd that he and his wife have had
five pence a day to maintain themselves and are now very week and in a Pending
Condition and conant Subsist without further releifAnd praying that the
Court would he pleased to Commistrate his Condition and Consider on some
Expedient for his ReliefIt is Order'd that the Consideration of
the said Petition be referred to the Comittee of this House to do therein as
they think Proper
