It is Ordered that the Consideration thereof be referr'd to the Comittee of this
House who are Desired to make their Report therein to this Court.

of the City having Served this Apprenticeships on this Hospitals to the Artsmasters

reprimanded for Misbehaviour

Thomas Swinburn< no role > (one of the Artsmasters of this Hospital) Complain'd
of his Apprentice James Lavally that he went out last Friday morning without
Leave and staid all day And the said Apprentice being present in Court Acknowledged
his fault and promised Amendment for the future Whereupon He was
Reprimanded by Mr President and Ordered to return home to his Master.

Upon Reading the Several humble Petitions of Jeremiah Heather< no role >
James Lipscome< no role > and Thomas Boulter< no role > for one of them to be Junr Beadle of This
Hospital And they being Severally put in Nomination a great Majority of
hands Appeared to be for the said Jeremiah Heather< no role > This Court Doth
thereupon Declare the said Jeremiah Heather< no role > Elected And doth Order
That the said Jeremiah Heather< no role > upon his giving good Security to be Approved of
by the Comittee of this House be Admitted Junior Beadle of this Hospital until
the next Election day And that he shall have the Salary and Profits thereto
belonging and such Appartment in this Hospital as the Comittee of This
House shall Appoint.

Elected Govr}

Mr: President Acquainted the Court that Lancelot Burton< no role > Esqr had given him
£100 to be Apply'd towards carrying on the building of Appartments Adjoyning to Bethlem
Hospital for Incurable LunaticksWhereupon The said Mr Burton was Unanimously
Elected a Governors of These Hospitals And it is Ordered that a Staff be Sent to him
and that the Steward of this Hospital do wait upon him to return him the thanks of this Court for
his Benefaction and to Acquaint him that the Court will take care the money shall be Apply'd to the
up he intended it and that this Court have unanimously Chosen him one of the Governors of these
Hospitals.
