Upon the motion of Mr. Trear Tayler It is Ordered
That ye hospital Leases be inspected once every year between
Xmas and Lady day and that where any Lease wants but two
years if ye expiration of ye Terme thereby Granted ye Treasurer is desired
to view the premises and to cause ye workmen to make an estimate
in writing of the Repaires necessary to be done by ye Tenant
to give Tenant notice thereof and Mr Treasurer is desired
to take care to See ye same done
