in these Words In Pursuance of an Order made at a Court holden
at this hospital the 14th instant whereby it is referred to this
Comee to treat and agree for a house as near the hospital
as they can for the Attomodation of the Treasurer untill a
better conveniency offers in this hospital This Comee
have agreed wth Mrs. Geary widdow for a house late
in her Posscon in new Street Fetter Lane in the Parish of St
Brides for the remander of her Terme therein being two year
And a quarter from Midsumr. next at the rent of £50. P Ann
which is what She pays for the Same This Court doth

In Pursuance of an Order made at a Court holder
at the hospital of Bridewell the 14 th day of May last This
Comee haveing [..] ed the hospital of Bethlem and Severall
Workman in pursuance of an Order of their Comee haveing
delivered to Mr. Trear Taylor Oath of them one estimate of ye
Charge of pulling down & rebuilding the South front of the sd
hospital of Bethlem which is about 40 foot in length from
East to West and the returnes thereof which are 7 foot & a half
in depth and another estimate of the Charge of Pulling down &
rebuilding only the East & West returner of the South front
the said workman attending vizt Edward Cordwell< no role > and Henry
hodges
