Whereas the Court holden at this hospital the 26th. day of
June last was of Opinion that the Trear for the time being Should
have a house in this hospital as it is the Custome of all other
Hospitals of this City and that the rooms held by the late preaster

the most convenient to be applyed for that purpose there being
other appartmts. then empty in this Hospital for the accomodation
of the preacher Now this Court being informed that the Said
empty appartments have been viewed by Severall of the Governor

appeare not to be fit for that purpose and that therefore Doctor
Yalden is in the same rooms which were held by Mr. Dean
Atterbury And there being at prsent no conveniency for the
receptionof the Trear within the hospital
It is Order'd That it be referred to the Comee of their hosp

to treat and agree for a house as near the hospital as they till
for the accomodation of the Trear untill a better conveniency
offers in this hospital.
