Also this Court being informed that Severall poor boyes
who have been ordered by this Court to be bound Apprentices
to some of the Artsmars of this Hospital have not as yett been taken
in by any of the said Artsmasters And that the Apprentices in
this Hospital are very disorderly and ungovernable Itt is Ordered
that it be Referred to the Comittee of this House to inquire into the
reasons why the said Apprentices are not disposed of and the
manner of Apprentices being taken into that Hospital and to
Consider of Some Method for the better Regulacon & Governmt
both of the Artsmars. and Apprentices for the future And to Rept.
their opinion therein to the Court

Gratuity of £4 for ye
years past

Also upon reading the humble Petition of
Roger Gething< no role > Clerk of the Chappel of this Hospital
Setting forth That he is at a Constant Charge
and honble in Cleaning the Chappel the Lobby &
the Staires and looking after the appurtenances
besides his teaching the Apprentices of this hospll.
twice a week to sing Psalmes & not haveing any
allowance or Salary in respect thereof and humbly
Praying the Consideracoid of ye Court for such
his Service for the year last past ending att
Michmas last It is Ordered That the
Clerk of these Hospitals do give and Pay to the
Said Rogers Gething< no role > four Pounds as a Gratuity
for such his Service for the year ending att
