of Several houses & ground in old Belldem at Seaventy
pounds P Annm of which Lease there are Twenty Six yeares
yet to come and that the purchase of ye sd. Lease & the Prepare
of the houses with the ground rent & Taxes has Stood the Petr.
in above one Thousand pounds more than what he has been
reimbursed and that his losses and adverse fortunes have for
Some yeares forsed him to leave his Trade in hopes by some
other way to repair them but without Successe and that the
Petrs. absence from home in publick employ forced him to make
use of another Pson to Collect the Rents of the premisses &
pay the ground rent but thro ye insolvency of the Mudertents
for want of Trade with the Burthen some Taxes the
constant repaires & other accidents the clear Jucombe has
not answered the Collection & four of five yeares ground
rent as he was informed and that the under tenant arrears
amount to Three or four hundred pounds which the Petr
cannot attend the Collection of without hazarding his owne
liberty but hopes if duely attended will amount to a
Satisfaccon of ye ground Rent with an Overplus to the
Petr and thereby praying that their Court will employ their
owne Receiver to receive the arreares in the Tenants
hands in Satisfaccon of ye ground Rent the Petr thereby
