served his Apprentishipp to Jeffery Gillingham< no role > Pinnmaker be made
a freeman of this Citty:

Ordered That one Moiety of the Porters man's Gratuity for the
halfe year ending at Lady day last be paid to Thomas Atkins< no role > who
by Order of ye Comee of this house has officiated as Porters man
from the Eighth day of February last And that Ons Moiety of the
Porters man Salary for the quarter ending at Lady day and the
whole Salary from that time to Midsumr last be also paid to ye sd

for a Lease of a
house in Fowk's Court}


Also upon reading the humble Petition of Stephen Scott< no role > gen
Setting forth that ever since the year 1707 the Petr. has been Tent
of a house in Fowkes Court in Tower street which belongs to the
Hospital of Bethlem under An Assignement of a Lease thereof
made to one Thomas Kilner< no role > deced at the yearly rent of £26 for
Eleven yeares from Lady day 1701 which will expire at Lady
Day next And praying the Court to grant him a New Lease
of the same Prmisses under the same Rent and Covents as are
contanied in the said Lease to Kilner for such a Terme of years
as the Court Shall thinks fitt It is Ordered that the Consideracon
of the said Petition be Referred to the Comittee of this house
who are desired to Report their Opinion to this Court what
they thinke proper to be done therein.
