Also the Clerke acquainted this Court that pursuant to
an Ordr of the last Court he had Attended Sr Edward Northey< no role > and
Sr Simon Harcourt< no role > with a Case for their Opinion as to two Ordrs
of two Justices of the peace the one for passing one Mary Brandreth< no role >
and her two Children and the other for passing Ardra Collins< no role >
widdow to Bridewell Precinct And that he had laid ye Counsells
Opinion before the Comee of this House which was That the
Justices have not Authority to send to or remove from a place
Extra Parochial Whereupon the Comee pursuant to the said
Ordr of the last Court directed him to prosecute Appeales from ye
said Ordrs. at the next Quart. Sessions and to place one moiety of
the Charge thereof to the Accot. of this Hospital And that he had
accordingly prosecuted Appeals And upon a full hearing of
Counsell and Witnesses on all sides the 27th. day of Aprill last
the Court Quashd the said Ordrs. of the two Justices and Ordered
the said Mary Brandreths< no role > and hertwo Children (She being dead)
and the said Widdow Collins to be sent to the parishes from
whence they same Whereupon his Ordered that this
Account be entred in the Book of Ordrs of this Court.

Repaires of 3 houses
in ye. Precinct damaged
by ye late fa [..] Referd
to ye Comee.

Also this Court being inform'd that three houses in the
Precinct belonging to this Hospital were damaged by the late
fire and must be forth with Repaired Itt is Ordered that
the Consideracon thereof be Referred to the Comittee of this
House who are to give such directions therein as they shall
thinke fitt

Also upon reading the humble Petition of Daniel Cary< no role >
Glover who served his Apprenpp to one of the Artsmars. of this
Hospital Setting forth that in Assisting to put out the late
fire in the Precinct he reced a Wound upon the back of
his hand which had disabled him from doeing any manner
of businesse for at least 5 weekes dureing which time he was
undr. the Surgeons hand And that he is very poore and has a
wife and one Child and praying the Consideracon of this Court
therein Itt is Ordered that it be Referred to the Comittee of
this House to direct what shall given to the petioner in
Consideracon of the said Hurt he reced
