Also this Court being informed That Francis Wood< no role > late
porter of the said Hospital of Bethlem is deced Itt is thought
fitt and soe Ordered That it he referred to the Grand Comittee
of that Hospital to Consider of the nature of the places of Porter
and Matron of the said Hospital of Bethlem and the Turst
relateing there to and of any Regulacons they thinke proper to
be made concerning the same and to Report their Opinion
therein to the next Court And the said Comittee are desired
to meet on Thursday next at three of the clock in the afternoone
at the said Hospital of Bethlem for the purpose aforesaid.

Also at this Court Wm. Mallett< no role > Apprentice to Wm. Phillipps< no role >
one of the Artsmasters of this Hospital makeing a Complaint
against his said Mar. Itt is Ordered That the matter of the
said Complaint be Referred to the Comittee of this House to doe
therein as they shall see fitt and that in the meane time the
said William Mallett< no role > be pmitted to goe home wth. his Mother

Clerke to Defemr any Accon
to be brought agt. Bell [..] by
Coffee of Citty Leystalls


Also Edward Bell< no role > the Scavenger to this Hospital Acquainting
this Court that he is threatened to be Arrested at the Suit of the
Leffee of the Citty Leystalls for carryeing the Dungaway from the
Leystall in this precinct Itt is Ordered That it an action be
brought against the said Bell for the matter aforesaid the Clerke of
this Hospital doe appear for him and give Bayle to the said Action
and Defend the same at the charge of this Hospital And that
it be Referred to Mr. Treasurr. Gardiner Mr. Deputy Phillipps Mr. Depty
Taylor Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Esqr . and Capn. Warburton or any three of
them to Considr. of and proceed in that matter as they shall thinke
proper to Report their proceedings therein from time to time
to this Court.
