to these Hospitals is become vacant by the death of Dr. Tyson

Dr Tyson deced which was lately proved in the Prerogatis
Court of Canterbury
dated the 8th. of September 1707
and begining thus, Minutes drawn up by me

things it is thus menconed Vizt Fifty pounds P Annu
Annuity to the Hospitals in London And no other direccon being
given in the Said Will concerning the Said Annuity And upon
reading a Drought of a former Will which (as this Court
is informed) was found amongst the Drs papers after his death
and is all of his own hand writing where in amongst other things
it is contained as followeth Vizt In the name of
