Court of Opinion no
Rent ought to be pd for
the same
Also the Collector of the Thames water attending and
being called in acquainted this Court that there was an
arreare of rent due from this Hospital for the said water
which he desired might be ordered to be paid and then
withdrew And this Court haveing considered the matter is
of Opinion That in the Lease of the Said Waters granted by
this Citty The Lessees are by covenant obliged to furnish
this Hospital with the Said Water gratis and that no rent
ought to be paid by this Hospital for the same And the Said
Collector was called in and made acquainted therewith
