Also William Bell< no role > one of the Artsmasters of this Hospital
being called in acquainted this Court that one Thomas Rice< no role >
who was Sometime Since putt apprentice to him by order
of this Court is incapable of his business and therefore desired
that he might be discharged from him and the said Thomas
Rice
< no role > being also called in & desireing to be discharged It is
Ordered that the Said Thomas Rice< no role > be discharged from his
Said Master and that the Indentures of Apprenticeshipp be
cancelled

Also Joseph Bates< no role > is Ordered to be made a Freeman
of this Citty

Thames Water
Court of Opinion no
Rent ought to be pd for
the same


Also the Collector of the Thames water attending and
being called in acquainted this Court that there was an
arreare of rent due from this Hospital for the said water
which he desired might be ordered to be paid and then
withdrew And this Court haveing considered the matter is
of Opinion That in the Lease of the Said Waters granted by
this Citty The Lessees are by covenant obliged to furnish
this Hospital with the Said Water gratis and that no rent
ought to be paid by this Hospital for the same And the Said
Collector was called in and made acquainted therewith
