Alsoe upon reading to this Court the Report of a Comittee
under the hands of Mr. Trear Gardiner Sr . Gabriel Roberts< no role > Edward
Norman< no role > Jos: Lawrence< no role > Samuel Warburton< no role > William Dancer< no role > John
Shelton< no role > and John Furnis< no role > eight of the Governours of these Hospitall
which report is in these words. Vizt. This Comittee being mett
in Psueance of an Order of the 8th. day of November last past &
haveing Viewed the prmisses called Magpye Ale house and
two Small houses in Bippgate streete and heard the Proposalls of
Mr. Richard Gilbert< no role > the now prsent Tennant of the same three
houses who proposed that hee desired a new Lease of the Prmisses
for One and twenty yeares after the Expiracon of his new
Lease thereof under the old Covenants and other usuall Covenants
and or Covenant to insure the prmisses att his own Charge during
the said Terme and Assigne the said Pollicyes to the Hospll. att
the rent of Seaventy Pounds P Ann which is fifty Pounds P
Ann more then his former rent which wee think to bee a
fair proposall neverthelesse wee Submitt the same to the
Judgement of this Court And this Court haveing duely weighed
and considered the said report doe confirme the same accordingly

Abbington< no role > Mr. Dancer Mr. Lawrence Mr. Ougle Mr. Tudman
Mr. Huntsman Mr. Francis Smith< no role > Mr. Hanno Governours of this
Hospitall or any three of them doe View the said Prmisses and
Consult their workmen together with Mr. Olley the Citty
Surveyor about the same and likewise discourse the said Sr.
Francis Dashwood< no role > who is to have notice when they meet &
report their Opinion therein to this Court.
