Comittee that they had this day likewise viewd the Limitts of
the Ground of this Hospitall adjoineing to the Church yard on
the Back of the Juner Court of this Hospitall which is rented
of the Right Honoble

day 1679 att £35. P Ann rent of which there is about thirteene
yeares to come and are of Opinion that it would bee for the
Benefitt and accomodation of this Hospitall to build a Brickwall
with Palizadoe Pales there upon which they neverthelesse
Submitt to the Judgment of this Court Where upon it is Ordered
by this Court that a Brickwall about three foot above the ground
and Palizadoe Pales abt. tour foot thereon bee built in
workman like manner att the Charge of this Hospital upon the
Said ground of the said Hospitall against the said Church yard
the better to asscertaine the Confined thereof.

Ordered by this Court that the matter of the said Peticon bee
referred to the Comittee of this house who are to Examine
into the truth thereof and report their Opinion thereinto
this Court.
