August last past they had View'd a Roome upp one Pair of Staires
and a little dark roome adjoineing thereto in the house of Mr. Young
Taylor out of the Arts masters of this Hospitall and are of
opinion that the said Roomes are proper roomes for the said Mary
Kensey
< no role > to dwell in (there being a Pair of Staires made to them
Out of the Churchyard and the house of Office removed) and that
after the said Mrs. Kenseys. Death the said roomes bee restored
to the said Mr. Youngs house All which they Submitt to this Court.
And this Court haveing duely weighed and considered the matter
of the said Report doe confirme the same and Order that the
workmen belonging to this Hospitall doe fitt upp the said roomes
accordingly.

Alsoe upon reading to this Court the Report of a Comittee
under the hands of Mr. Trear Gardiner Mr. William Rouse< no role > Mr.
Gabriel Smith< no role > Mr. Benjamine Tudman< no role > & Mr. Samuel Warburton< no role >
five of the Governours of these Hospitalls which report is in
these words Vizt. This Comittee being mett in pursueance of
an Order of the 9th. of August instant whereby it is referred to
them to consider of the matter of the Petition of Hugh Rowliff< no role >
and upon reading of Mr. Drakes Lease dated the 16th. day of
October 1701 and Severall orders of Court and heareing what
was insisted on by both Partyes This Comittee are of Opinion
That if the said William Drake< no role > dot accept of his Lease from ye
Hospitall (pursueant to an Order of Court of the 9th. of July 1703
whereby the Terme of 19 yeares is to bee added to his Old Lease)
That then the said William Drake< no role > doe grant the said Hugh Rowliff
The life Terme of 19 yeares reserveing to himselfe a Tennt. right
of removing only, as hee is to doe by the said Order of the 9th. of
July 1703 All which matters this Comittee never the lesse Submitt
to the Judgment of this Court And this Court haveing duely
weighted and considered the said report doe confirme the same
accordingly And Doe order that the said Mr. William Drake< no role > doe
execute a Counterpart of his said Lease upon tender thereof made
to him or in a monthes time doe shew unto this Court good cause
to the Contrary.
