Also This Court being Informed That the apprentices
of this Hospll have heretofore used and exercised an Ill custom of
throwing water upon one another at the time of publick Confires
and such publick, Solemnitys Which Custom hath been found to
be very Prsudiciall, haveing been the Occasion of great Sickness to
some if not the death of others Therefore this Court for the
prvention of such mischeifs doth this day Order That such Custom
and useage be laid aside and the severall apprentices being this
day all called up into Court are charged to for boare doing the
like for the future And It is further Ordered that the Beadles
of this Hospll do at all such publick Bonfires and meetings give
their attendance to prvent and Suppress such usage for the time
to come: And that the severall arts masters of this house be aiding
and assiting for the prevention thereof:
