Also Att this Court Complaint being made That James
Waldoe one of the Artsmars of this Hospll had Imoderately
beaten Wm Fuller a Prisoner Comitted here to labor by order
of her Majtys Court of Queens Bench untill the 24 of October
next And the said Wm. Fuller< no role > being sent for into Court declared
That Waldo had broke his head in two places and beat and
bruised him very much, and was forced to be lett blood. and
was not able to work And Waldo being asked by the Court why
he had used the said Fuller at that rate he said Fuller would
not work and Frightened his wife To wch the sd Fuller answered
It was past 6 a clock and that the Prisoners in the other shop had
been discharged And appealed to the Porter and his man
Whereupon and upon Examinacon of the sd Porter and his man
and hearing both sides This Court is of Opinion That the sd James
Waldoe is in fault And doth Order that the sd James Waldo do
beg pardon of this Court for such his offence in the prsence of the sd.
Wm Fuller< no role > and to pay the Surgeon wch the sd James Waldo accordingly did do And the said
Wm Fuller< no role > then declared he freely forgave the sd James Waldoe< no role >
