Also Upon the humble Petition of Thomas Gyde< no role > (on behalf of Capt.
Henry Tate< no role > ) For some mittigacocd of the weekly paymt. of 5s: for
the keeping of Wm. Hatwell< no role > in Bethlem hospll. where he has been
maintained above Six months The said Capt. Tate being noe
ways obliged to bear the sd Charge but purkly in charity the sd.
Hatwell at the time wn. it pleased God to Afflict him wth Lunacy
being Imployed by the Capts. Servants to Sweep his yards Etc; and
for yt. he was lately com out of the Country & had noe Friends
His Court being satisfyed of the trueth of the mattr. of ye sd.
petition Itt is Ordered That Security being given for the paymt
of Two Shillings a week for his future That then the same Shall be reced
and the Bond for paymt: of Five Shillings a week Shall be
delivered up to be cancelled

& Mr. Phillip Shepherd< no role > (two of the Governrs . of these Hospll) That
upon Enquiry they doe Find That Charles Shepherd< no role > is Sett up
for himselfe in his Trade of a weaver att the House of Mr. Pepper
agst. the Chequer ale house in Coverlid Fields & works in his
owne Loom & has the Character of an honest diligent young
Man Itt is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Trear doe give & pay
unto him Tenn pounds of the profitts of Mr Locks Gift to be
allowed Mr. Trear in his next account.

brought up an Apprentice wth. Wm. Smith< no role > Hamp dresser and is
since made a Freeman of this Citty by ye. approbatons of this
Court & is sett up for himselfe in his Trade of a hempdresser (as
he Alle adgeth) at the house of Mr. Williams a Milliner over
agst. the Plough in Queen's Street Bloomsbury For some part
of Mr Locks gift the better to Enable him to carry on his sd. trade
It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. Thos. Barnes< no role > Mr. Royd house
Capt. Cannon & Mr. Lugg four of the Governrs . of these Hosplls
or any two of them be desired to make Enquiry of the sd. Richd
Williams whether he be See Sett up in his sd. Trade & of his
hopefullness herein & to make Report thereof to ye. next Court

up an Apprentice wth. Phillip Baron< no role > GloverFor& since made as
Freeman of this Citty by ye. approbacond of this Court and is
Sett up for himselfe in his Trade of a [..] Glover (as he Alleadgeth)
at the house of Abram James< no role > a Scabbard maker in New Street
over agst. Dean Street End For some part of Mr Locks gift the better
to Enable him to carry on his said Trade It is Ordered by this Court
That Capt. Phillips Mr. Keble Mr. Herriott & Mr Russell and Mr.
Whitfield or any to be of them be Desired to make Enquiry of the said John Wyatt< no role >
whether he be See Sett up in his sd. Trade and of his hopefullness
therein & to make Report thereof to the next Court
