This Comittee being mett pursueant to an Order of
Court of the Third of November last whereby It was referred to
them to [..] Inspect the Securityes given by the
Artsmasters of this Hospll. upon their Admission [..]
and to Order new Securityes to be given in the Roome of Such
as they shall find to be Dead or Failed in the world and alsoe
to [..] Inquire into & regulate all other Greivances and Disorder.
which they shall be Informed of either in the sd. Hospll. or in the
precinct there of Are of Opinion
That in Order to rectifye the mattr. at prsent complained of & prvent
the like Inconveniences for the future It is highly necessary
That this Comittee doe sitt the first Thursday in every month
in the yeare or as often as they shall find there will be occasion
And further this Comittee finding That Severall persons
who were Securityes for Artsmasters of this Hospll art dead
And therefore are of Opinion That they shall give new
Securityes in the roome of Such as are dead or become
Insolvent
