may have a New Lease of the Said prmisses for the Terme of thirty Six
yeares to bee added to the fifteene yeares Unexpired which will make
Up She Terme of one and fifty yeares to comence from Lady day next
wth. Usuall covenants as in the former Lease and a further Covenant
to wharfe the prmisses as above, to leave all new ereccons, not to
alien wth:out licence of the Governors of the Sd Hospitalls, and that
ye: Clerke of the Said Hosspitall doe on all such occasion make ye.
