Also Upon the humble Petition of Ann Brooks< no role > of London wid For
Some Miligation of the Weekly payment of Five Shillings For the keeping
of Thomas Dewy< no role > a Poor Lunatick in Bethlem Hospll where he has been
at the Sd. Charge For above 6 Months That he has neither Father nor Mother
not any body to take care of him nor any thing of his Owne to Assist towards
the sd Charge And That the Petr has noe obligacon to provide for the sd. Lunatick
otherwise then as he wat her late husbands Apprentice & in regard her sd Husband
was brought up an Apprentice 10th: the Sd. Lunaticks Father who lived very
credibly but Suffering much by Losses in Trade & otherwise dyed poore Whereupon
It is Ordered by this Court That Security being given for the payment of
Two Shillings & Six pence a week for the keeping the sd. Lunatick in the sd [..]
for the future That then the Same shall be reced And the Bend for ye. paymt:
of Five Shillings [..] a Week shall be Delivered up to be Cancelled.

Also Upon the humble Petition of Ann Callaw< no role > of the Parish of St
Margarette Westmr . For Some Mitigacon of the weekly paymt. of Five
Shillings for the Keeping John Callow< no role > her husband a poor Lunatick in
Bethlem Hospll. Where he has been kept at the Sd. Charge above 6 months
for that she has nothing to Assist her towards the sd Charge but what She
Earnes by her hard Labor & Industry & the some few Friends have hither to
Contributed some small matter to her Assistance Seeing noe probability
of the speed Cure of the Sd. Lunatick they refuse to Continue the Same And this Core:
being Satisfied of the Trueth of the Matter of the Sd. Petition Itt is Ordrs. That
Security being given for the Payment of Two Shillings a week for the
keeping of the Sd. Lunatick in the sd. Hospll. for the Future That then the Same
shall be reced & the Bond for Paymt. of Two Shillings a week Shall be a
delivered up to be Cancelled

of London who Served his Apprenticespp wth. Wm. Norman< no role > Weaver one of
the Artsmars . of Bridewell Hospll & Since made a Freeman of this Citty by the
Approbacon of this Court and who is Sett up for himselfe in his Trade of a
weaver as he allleadgeth at the House of one Mr. Rice a Water man in
Printing Street in Black Fryers For Some part of Mr. Locks gift the
better to Enable him to carry on his Sd. Trade Itt is Ordered by this Court
That Capt. Sherard Mr. Halse & Capt. Hulls (three of the Governrs. of the sd
Hospll.) or any two of them be Desired to make Enquiry of the sd. Thomas
Clark

therein And to make Report thereof the next Court

London who Served his Apprenticespp with Benjamin Harrison< no role > weaver
one of the Artsmars. of Bridewell Hospll and Since made a Free man of
this Citty by the Approbacon of this Court And who is sett up for himself
his Trade of a Weaver as he allowedgeth at the House of One Mr. Taylor
a Weaver in Lamb Alley in Sugar to wife Court in By Shopsgate street
For some part of Mr. Locks gift the better to Enable him to carry on his
said Trade Itt is Ordered by this Court That Andrew Willaw< no role > Esqr. Mr:
Francis Smith< no role > and Mr. Lucas (three of the Governrs . of these Hospll.) or
any two of them be Desired to make Enquiry of the Sd. James West< no role > whether
he be soe sett up in his Said Trade & of his hopefullness therein & to make
Report thereof to the next Court
