Also Upon the humble Petition of Francis Lawrence< no role > Citizen
and Glover of London who was brought up Apprentice wth. John
Fowler< no role > Glover (one of the Artsmrs . of Bridewell Hospll) and was
in the yeare 1688 made a Freeman of this Citty by the approbacon
of this Court That some time after the petr. was made Free
and before he could gett where with all to sett up for himselfe
he was pressed into his Majties. service in which he has continued
as a Soldier during the late Warrs and haveing about a Month
agoe procured his Discharge therefrom is now sett for himselfe
in his Trade of a Glover (as he Alleadgeth) Att the house of one
Mrs. Ladyman in three Tunn Alley [..] without ByshopsgateStreet
Humbly praying therefore some part of Mr. Locks gift the
better to Enable him to carry on his said Trade Itt is Ordered
