plainely by phurality of hand's That the Sd Dr: Tyson
is there unto duely Elected and thereupon itt is Ordered by
this Court That the said Dr: Tyson remaine & be Phisitian
for the Sd Hospll for the yeare ensueing

And all the Officer Artmars. & Servts. of the Sd Hospll: as
here confirmed by this Court

Alsoe the Rt: Worspll: the President of these Hosplls
informing this Court That the Duty of the Minister
of Bridewell Hospll had not beene of late pformed
unording to the Ordrs. of the same Hosplt. And That by
reason there of there was a great Decrese in the
congreacan of the Chappell This Court Doth [..]
referre itt to the President Trear & Comittee of
Bridewell Hosplt to Admonish the Minister thereof

Alsoe This Court takeing notice of the [..]
Lang wishing Condicon of John Cotton< no role > one of the
Beadles of Bridewell Hosplls: Thro his long illnesse
Doe Order That Mr Trear Dor give and pay him Five
pounds for his prsent support to be allowed Mr Trear
in his next accompt.
