Upon Reading to this Court a Report of a Comittee
heretofore Appointed to Audite and Settle the Accounts
touching the Lands in Kent and to Consider of the
Proposalls made for New buildings and repaires there
And the Same being now Considered This Court doth
think fitt and Order That the Same Report be Confirmed
And that the New building and repaires therein Mentioned
be left to the Managemt of Mr Faneway And that the
Clerke of the Hosplls. date forthwith write to him to
that Purpose And that a Lease be granted to Thomas
Gurney< no role > This name instance is in set 2951. (the Present Tenant of Cottington Farm ) to
Commence from the expiration of the Lease now in
being and Sea Many Years as will made up the time
