Att this Court Mr William Lethiellier< no role > Merchant
Prsented a Legacy of One hundred Pounds Devised by his
late Brother Sr . Christopher Lethiellier< no role > Knt & Alderman
of London to these Hospitalls Vizt £50 to Bridewell & £50
to Bethlem For which This Court Desired him to Returne
their thanks to the Lady Lethienllier And Doe Order That
a Staff be forthwith sent to the said Mr William Lethiellier< no role >
to be a Governor of these Hospitalls.

Also The Clerk of these Hospitalls Did at this Court Reade
a generall Report or Account of his transaccons in Kent, and
was readye to give a further Account of the Articles he Sealed
on the behalfe of this Court and of the Prsent Condicon of
the Farme but the time not permitting It is Ordered That
he give a further Account there of at this next Court.

about House in Fleet Street


Also upon Mr Bazill Herne< no role > (one of the Governrs of these
Hospitalls) his informing this Court That a Suit in Ejectment
is lately comenced for and in respect of a Tenenment belonging
to the Hospitall of Bridewell Stituate next to the Bull heade
Tavern in Fleet Street on for some part of the ground
whereon the said house in built which suit is advanced &
carryed on by Mr John Stone< no role > (an Attorney at Law of New June)

Comittee appointed
abt Sd House


It is Thought fift and Soe Ordered by this Court That Mr
Trear Baker James Monday< no role > Esqr Mr Farmory and the
said Mr Herne be a Comittee for the managing carrying on
or compromising the matter of the said Suit, who are hereby
Desired to meete about the same with all convenient speed
and to treat with the said Mr Stone or such persons as they
shall think meete about the Prms And to Report their
Opinions and doeings therein to this Court.

Mrs Edmonds to have
her Lease


Also upon the Report of the Comittee who were Desired to
view the Houses of Mrs Dorothy Edmonds< no role > at Wapping This
Court was very well Satisfied there in And Doe Order That
her Lease be perfected wth all convenient Speed

Also Upon the Severall humble Peticones of William Brown< no role >
and Thomas Royce< no role > Weavers and of Edward Harvey< no role > and
John Harding< no role > Shoemakers for one of them to be chosen an
Artsmaster of the Hospitall of Bridewell in the
Roome and place of Thomas Pulleyn< no role > lately Removed
