Whereas Elizabeth Walkins< no role > was formerly sent to the hospitall
of Bethlem for her Cure of her Lunnacy And shee being now
recovered to her Sences It is ordered by this Courte That shee
shalbe discharged out of the sd hospitall

Alsoe It is ordered that of Letter be written to John Mathew< no role > Head
borough of Branford in the parish of Ealing to give security for
paymt of five shillings a weeke for keeping Thomas waltham< no role >
a Lunatike man of that parish and sent to the hospitall of-
Bethlem by order of Sessions for his Cure

Alsoe [..] Mr. Trer acquainted this Courte that Mr. Johnson in Cheapside
[..] hath a fremd whoe will give and pay fifty pounds for-
the use of the hospitall of Bethlem provided that out of the
profits thereof the Governors. of the said hospitall shall
pvide and deliver yearely sixe gownes for sixe poore
Lunatikes in the said hospitall, where uppon it is ordered that
Mr Trer receive the same for that use & returnd thankes for the [..]

his lease in his owne

Alsoe uppon the humble Peticon of John Delean< no role > Merchant the
Assignee of John Welborne< no role > of severall Tenemts. and ground-
at wapping At Apepper Corne went That hee may have
the lease thereof made in his Owne name It is ordered by
this Courte that hee surrendring up the old Lease thereof
hee shall have a new Lease made to him in his owne name
wth. the same Covennits and terme of Yeares Yet to come-
wherewth. hee being made acquainted was than be full and-
have 10d. to the Poore

Alsoe whereas this Courte is informed that on Mr. Philpot doth
threaten to remind any Pson that shall take the hospitalls
Land at Cottington in Kent And that hee indeavours
to Pswad: the widdow Curnyes brother to sue her for one-
hundred pounds outing to him by her late husband It is ordered
by this Courte That A Letter be written to him That if hee
shall use any threatning language to any that are willing to
take the said Farme or doe any thing v [..] ingtly agt. this hospitalls
Te [..] That then this Courte will speedily take a-
severe Course wth. him.
