the said warrants specified, and being so in his custody, did, on the 16th
day of December last, unlawfully and wilfully rescue himself, by setting
a large mastiff dog at and on him, the said William Ironmonger< no role > ; and,
against the will and consent of the said William Ironmonger< no role > , did escape
and go at large out of his lawful custody, against the peace, and for
