Who being upon Oath say, and first the said James

says, that about two oClock this day, as he was going
into his Mothen Room in Eagle Street

he perceived
a person now present who calls himself John Martin< no role >
in the same
That on his observing this Informant he instantly sheet the Door
against him and bolted itThat he ran down stairs and told
the said Stephen Turnbull< no role >
(his Brother) of the same and that he
believed the said John Martin< no role > This name instance is in set 2657.
was robbing the HouseThat
immediately on his coming down Stairs the said John Martin< no role >
followed him and ran awayAnd the said Stephen Turnbull< no role >
says that when his said Brother had informed him that a
Thief was in the House he pursued [..] the said

who was running as fast as he could in
King Street
HolbornThat the said Martin finding himself
followed, dropped the Bundle [..] now
produced containing Wearing Apparel this Informants and
[..] his Sisters property which he is very sure was
stolen out of his Fathers House
