The Several Informations of William
Miller
< no role > and William Smith< no role > taken upon
Oath this 2d day of May 1782 before me
Charles Triquet< no role > Esqr . One of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County

This Informant William Miller< no role > for himself saith that
on Munday last betwixt the hours of four and five oClock he
missed two Ducks from his premises in Bell Lane Paddington
that about ½ and hour after six oClock on the same day he
having a Suspicion that the said Ducks was concealed in a
Building (very near his premises) which building was locked up
and fastened this Informant got a Ladder and went in at a
Window and after Searching some time found the said Ducks
covered over and put under a Carpenters Working Bench, which
was in the said building and that the said Ducks now
produced are the same ducks he found under a Bench as
aforesaid and which said Ducks are his property

And this Informant William Smith< no role > for himself saith
that on Munday last about four oClock in the afternoon
he saw the Ducks belonging to Mr. Miller very near the Building
aforesaid in Bell Lane Paddington .
