paid away part of the Money and could not got them again
form the Pawn broker's But Leo slite Persisted on this Informant's
going after them And this Informant saith He did go to One
Mr. Herring a Broker to advice with him what was best to be done
and was advised to look for Mr. Holloway, That this Informant
knew not of a like lies Place to find him than at Wills Coffee
house Spring Garden Gate And this Informant saith after
Staying some short space of Time at One Mr. Eggerton's in
Hemmings's Row Mr Holloway Came up Stairs into said
Eggertons Room And some Words Arose between Mr. Holloway
and this Informant when this Informant saith Mr. Holloway
demanded the fourteen Guineas of him But this Informant
told him He had Receiv'd but Ten Guineas of the Pawnbroker
and out of that had paid his said Holloway's and Leo's
Bill And this Informant [..] said he would give
no Money to him or Leo untill He was paid his Wages or and
left said Holloway in Chandos Street And this Informants
further Saith upon his Oath that Two Bills of Exchange
and Glocester Street London Dated at the Times and Places Mentioned in the two following
were made in Nassan Street Pot Exchange now Produce the One Dated at
Ulverstone in Lancashire the 18th. day of August 1772 for
[..] Sixteen Pounds Ten Shillings drawn in the Name
of Thomas Harrison< no role > on John William Leo< no role > , which Bill this
Informant saith was made at No. 3 in Nassan Street toho
London And also that the Names of Thomas Harrison< no role >
under the said Bill of Exchange and the Indorsemental
the back thereof Thomas Harrison< no role > are both Forged
and Counter it hand Writing of said Thomas Harrison< no role >
and that the said Thomas Harrison< no role > Robert Holloway< no role > This name instance is in set 3658.
Utter'd and Published the same knowing it to be false
forged and Counterfeite with an Intent to Cheat and Defraud
This Informant further saith also that the said Bill of Exchange
