Who being upon Oath says that he Knows a person now present
who calls himself Henry Stroud< no role > This name instance is in set 3698. , that he was near the Pond in Hare
Street Field at the Time that Daniel Clark< no role > This name instance is in set 3672. now deceased was
very ill used there, that he saw the said Henry Stroud< no role > throw
several Brick Bats at the said Daniel Clark< no role > one of which
struck the said Daniel Clark< no role >
