& This Informt. & the said Francis Surrey< no role > took
the two Men back to a Dunghill where he saw
the said Francis Surrey< no role > take out of the Dunghill
the Silver Waiter andCandlesticka Table Spoon
about two Hours afterwards this Informant
went with Mr Galloway the Constable to the
Dunghill & found therein a Silver Candlestick
And this Informant Henry Green< no role > for himself
saith that this Day Sen night about 4'o Clock
in the Morning he went with Mr Hawthorn the
Constable in Pursuit of some Women Accused of
a Robbery to a House near Hog Lane where they
apprehended the three Women now Present who
call themselves Frances Allen< no role > Sarah Beeks< no role >
& Elizabeth Jones< no role > & this Informant was left in
Custody of the said three Women while Mr Hawthorn
went to search for a Bundle during which time
Frances Allen< no role > delivered to this Informant
the two Silver Candlestick Nozells & Black Silk Hatt
now Produced

And this Informant William Hawthorne< no role >
for himself saith that this Day Sen night he
was called out of his Bed abt. 4'o Clock in the Morng
& found the two Persons now Present who call
themselves James Jennings< no role > & James Santuss< no role >
in Custody of the other two Informants Francis
Surrey< no role > & Wm. HammertonJennings told this
Informant that the Women were gone off with
atheBundle & that if this Informt would speak for
him to be admitted an Evidence he would shew
them were the Women were this Informant
left James Santuss< no role > in Custody & went with
Jennings to a House near Hog Lane were
the three Women now Present who call themselves
Frances Allen< no role > Sarah Beeks< no role > & Elizabeth Jones< no role >
were Apprehended by him in the Yard & left in
Custody with the Watchman and upon this Informts
searching he found the Bundle now Produced
with the Wearing apparel in it Under the Bed
in the Ground Floor next the Street Door
And this Informant Frances Bradshaw< no role >
for herself saith that One of the Persons now
