the Evening of the 19th. of February last to prepare his Master's
Apartments and continued there till the 27th, following and
Constantly lay there that Gerdalle on his being asked frequently
by the Deponent what was become of Mrs. King he gave very
different Accounts, that Deponent smell atSeveraltimes a
very disagreable Stench, and asking Gerdalle what it was that
smell so Gerdalle said it must be some Bones burning, that
Deponent was at Justice Feildings the 2d. instant when Gerdalle
confessed he Murthered the Deced by stabbing her in the Throats
and Deponent confirmed Martha Pritchard< no role > 's Evidence as to
the finding the Linnen Etc

William Payne< no role > This name instance is in set 2582. of Bell Yard Temple Bar Carpenter on his
Oath says that on the 2d. Instant he was sent by John
Feilding
< no role > Esqr . to search the House of the Deced on suspition
that the Murthened Body was somewhere therein Secreted, that
on searching he found part of the Entrails of a Human Body as
he beleives them to be, and the Heart cut open, and in a Cock
Left in the said House found several parts of the trunk of a
human Body and a knife lying by the peices of Flesh
