Sir
I am favoured with year Letter of the 25 Inst. covering a [..]
value £277.18. which will be duly carried to year order, an Account
of the Bewick Estate. It gave implement find you can make [..]
meat to wast upon me in London, as I think or absolutely necessary
we should have a Conference an the Subject of the To be half Estate, and I
will and cannot to hold myself desergaged for Friday the 5 Dec.

I have laid your Communication of yesterday date before
the Treasurer and he desire me, thought you, to [..] to Mr
Tyrrell that he has her [..] to take down the two Elms
[..] out [..] your letter, not doubting that they will be faithfully
applied to the Repair of the Granary & Barley Barn

The Treasurer some time comes to Oxford, and when he does so
again he well probably take [..] way, & look ever the
farm at Milton, in which Case he flattin himself he shall find
the land & Building in such Condition as he shall have reason
to approve

Dear Sir
The Dust of the late worthy Steward of the Hospital makes it necessary
to appsent his Successor as soon over can be done well Property. The
Grand, Committee have therefore requested me to property to your a General
Coants being hold hire the day Sannag to (the 24 Just) provided that
day should be perfectly agreeable to yourself This early day as named
as the Interference of the Holed eye well be likely to lead many of the
Governors from Town.

Allow me to take the liberty of saying that Mr. Andrews who
never so lead the Office has my [..] Confidence as as capable into
[..] young Man, and frear having dane the duties of the
Offer for same years is more campatant to discharge them than any
Parron I Know.
