Dear Sir
St Thomas's Hospital 30 May 1807 .
The usual day for holding the General Court & desiring together falling one
Wedneday the 29. July I beg lease to enquant you that they Grand Committee
have fixed an that day, provided it meets well your Appear [..] of which
you will have the Goodness to as for as me.

Considerable Difficultly having arrear in getting Genl tenant act as
Stewards the Committee being of Opinion that the additional [..]
which they are called upon to pay for the Dinner prevents many becoming
Governors of the Hospital, it is proposed to on Sub [..] to the General Court a
Mo [..] for discontinuing the same [..] May I beg the favour of your
Sentiments thereon.

SirSt. Thomas's, Hospital 9 June 1807

I am thursday [..] well your letter of the 6. Inst. [..]
on [..] Etc £225.15 & Crofts on yeats Ho. £57.10 which wher [..] will
be duly carried to your ordered.

You one so Comp [..] tent to judge of the Hospitals Intent at Be [..]
that I shall not recommend to the Committee to accept Man Bethell Offer of
exonerating 363 Acres of that Estate from Tythe for the Allotment received [..]
lease of the [..] Should that Ludges [..] choose to make a pro [..]
for making the whole of the Estate tythe free, In should take you to branker
to it, and if a small sum in add [..] the Land above named would be accepted
I shall strongly recommend its being agreed to by the Committee.

I by to acknowledge the favour of your note of this Morning, and on behalf of
the Hospital to return you Thanks for your Kind Intention. That Bearer has
my Authority to receive you donation which well of Course be recorded as such
& not given t [..] the payments of the Expences of the the Der [..]

SirSt. Thomas's Hospital 22 July 1807

I have taken your letter of One hundred Whereby P [..] P ann for the
House in Shore place lately occupied by Mr. Garfield, with the small field Etc
as specified by Mr. Robinson, Consideration, and on behalf of the Hospital
engage that you shall have a lease of 21 years of the same from Midsumr.
last, of [..] subject to the Confirmation of the Grand Committee.
