There being a Ballance in hand from the Accot. of the
Overseers of the Poor for the Year 1743 Amounting to
£358..7..2 It was proposed to pay the Arrears due
to the Overseers of the Poor for the Years 1737 & 1738
after a Deduction of their sevll: Taxes they omitted had not
Paid Paying since their Serving the said Office
Whereupon a Motion was made & the Question putt
whether the Arrears due to the Overseers of the Poor for
the sd. Years 1737 & 1738 after a Deduction of their sevll:
Taxes be paid out of the above Sum of £358..7..2
