The same Day

Resolved & Agreed if Mr. Merrifeild Refuseth to Pay the-
Ballance of the Accot. in his Hands as Treasurer to the late-
Overseers & they should be Obliged to bring an Action agt. him
for the same that the Costs of such Action be paid to them
by the Present Overseers out of the Poors Rate as well as the
Ballance which he Detains in Case they should not be
able to Recover the same from the sd. Mr. Merrifeild
