And it Appearing by the Accot. of the Overseers of the Poor
for the Year 1737 that there was due from the Parish to them
to Ballance their Accot. the Sum of £221..15..11

It was Resolved & Agreed that the Sum of £101..18..3
Appearing now to be Due to them after a Deduction of the their
sevll. Taxes from Lady Day 1738 to Michas 1744 be paid
out of the said Sum of £358..7..2 in full of the Ballance
of their Accot. of that Year

And it also Appearing by the Accot. of the Overseers
of the poor for the Year 1738 that there was a Ballance
of £223..4..2 Due from the Parish to them

It was Resolved & Agreed that the Sum of £185..0..11
Appearing now to be Due to them after a Deduction of
their sevll. Taxes from Lady Day 1739 to Michaelmas
1744 be paid out of the sd. Sum of £358..7..2 in full
of the Ballance of their Accot. of that Year

Resolved & Agreed that the Halfe Years Tax which
is due to the Oversrs. 1744 at Michas last from the Oversrs.
1737 & 1738 be paid out of the sd. Sum of £358..7..2 the
sd. Overseers having Already Allowed the same in their
Account

Resolved and Agreed that the Sum of £55..0..11-
the Remaining Part of the said Sum of £358..7..2 be
paid into the Hands of the Present Overseers of the
Poor

Resolved and Agreed that a Case be Drawn for the
Opinion of Councell in Relation to the Accot. between
the late Overseers & Mr. Merrifeild
